WA GUNDAN JR & ASSOCIATES was established in 1999. The Principal is Arch Wilfredo Acildo Gundan Jr. who has a 17 years experience in the practice. He used to be employed at a design and construction firm in Baguio City, Philippines.

At a later stage, he was employed at GF & Partners (Gabriel Formoso) Architects in Makati City, Philippines – one of the most prestigious architectural company in the Philippines and in Asia. Here, the projects involved are mostly of high rise buildings. In almost every project, it is tandem Ned with international consultant architects such as SOM, KPF, AI (Architecture International) etc., to name a few.

Later, he was hired by a local office of a Malaysian Architectural firm. After which he was sent to Malaysia to join the firm there. There they handled various high rise and large scale master planning and land development projects. One of them is the Putra Jaya City – an alternate city to decongest Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia. In 1999, he set up his own design and build firm and handled various residential houses, interior commercial projects and proposed high rise condominium buildings.

WA GUNDAN & ASSOCIATES caters to all aspects of designing and construction of low rise specially medium to high-end residential projects and will design all medium to high rise and large scale projects of all types.
